News & events Prior's Court Marketing team gear up for fundraising challenges Members of the Prior’s Court Marketing team are swapping communications for challenge events this autumn to raise funds in support of vital projects for autistic young people with complex needs. On Saturday, 20 September, Marketing & Communications Officer Alfie and Marketing & Communications Assistant Bethanywill be taking on the Tough Mudder West Sussex event - a demanding 5k obstacle course over mud, water and endurance tests. They will be joined by Alfie’s partner, Scarlett. Together, the trio are raising funds for the Prior’s Court Enriching Experiences appeal, setting a collective fundraising target of £700. The Enriching Experiences Appeal is all about bringing events to the Prior’s Court site which the young people we support might not otherwise be able to access, such as Easter Egg Hunts, carnival rides, fireworks displays, and Christmas Carol Concerts. Dan is fundraising for the Big Little Things Appeal – all about providing little things which make a big difference to autistic children with complex needs - with a personal target of £500. Now it’s our turn to put ourselves out there and do something. With a distinct age gap in our team, it felt fitting (and essential!) to take on two very different challenges. “We see first-hand every day the incredible work our colleagues make to the autistic young people with complex needs at Prior’s Court and, in addition to our day-to-day work, this fundraising will also make a big difference. Thank you to everyone for their support so far.” Find out about more challenge events for Prior's Court Manage Cookie Preferences
