Apply now We operate a "levels" system within this role: Salaries Salaries Salaries 38 hrs per week (four night shifts): £25,865.84+ 38 hrs per week (four night shifts): £25,750 to £27,300 38 hrs per week (four night shifts): £27,810 - £30,900 28.5 hrs per week (three night shifts): £19,399.38+ 28.5 hrs per week (three night shifts): £19,312 - £20,475 28.5 hrs per week (three night shifts): £20,857 - £23,175 Autism Practitioner Nights Level 1 job description Autism Practitioner Nights Level 2 job description Autism Practitioner Nights Level 3 job description The role of a Nights Autism Practitioner Our nighttime Autism Practitioners play a key role in supporting the young people we support to improve their sleep patterns and, together with the education and residential teams, in building their independence and life skills. You will work through the night between 3 - 4 shifts a week to support the young people in undertaking their night-time routine, putting in place the structure and prompts to enable them to undertake tasks as independently as possible and to learn skills ranging from toileting, washing, dressing and personal care to communication and social skills. Our thorough training and induction programme will ensure you have the support, skills and tools you need to deliver quality care for each young person. We will even support you to complete your HABC Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF) if you are not yet qualified - a statutory requirement for a career in childcare. This role is for night shifts only - we also have vacancies for day shifts.
