Glorious music filled a glorious venue to raise vital funds in support of autistic young people with complex needs at Prior’s Court.

The stunning Douai Abbey played host to Reading Phoenix Choir for a fundraising concert on Saturday, 17 November, to support Prior’s Court and our work with autistic young people with complex needs.

More than £1,600 was raised at the Singing for Autism event.

This was the third fundraising event Reading Phoenix Choir held for Prior’s Court, following on from Music for a Midsummer Evening in July 2024 and a Carols for Complex Autism in December 2023.

Natalie Norris, Prior’s Court Fundraising Manager, said: “Singing for Autism - a concert to transform lives -  was a wonderful evening filled with fantastic choral singing.

“Our thanks to Douai Abbey for hosting us in their amazing venue with its stunning acoustics, and to Reading Phoenix Choir for their incredible performance.

“And of course thank you to everyone who bought a ticket to enjoy the event and, in doing so, has helped to transform the lives of autistic young people with complex needs.”
