Our organisational strategy 2024-27

"Painting with our own colours" is our organisational strategy for the period 2024 to 2027.

There are five overall themes to the strategy:

1. Develop and strengthen our work at and from Prior's Court,
2. Establish services in new places,
3. Speak out and be visible,
4. Support our staff,
5. Look after our facilities and services.

Our priorities 2025-26

The Prior's Court Organisational Priorities 2025-26 document feeds into the Organisational Strategy, with specific goals and achievements codified for what we want to achieve in Year 2 of the strategy.

The main priorities in 2025-26 include:

1. Further implementation of our autism best practice and ensuring consistent delivery
2. Investment in our therapy provision
3. Focus on management resourcing, financial stability and future development 
4. Defining what expansion means for Prior’s Court
