We employ more than 500 people from a wide range of backgrounds. Many work directly with autistic young people with complex needs across our education and residential care settings, while others support our work through essential behind-the-scenes roles.

Most of our colleagues are part of our Care and Education teams. They work closely with the young people we support, helping them move towards greater independence, improved wellbeing, and access to future opportunities, including employment. This shared focus is reflected in our latest Parent Survey (2024/25), where 100% of parents said they would recommend Prior’s Court to others.

Our workforce reflects the individuality of the young people we support. We value different perspectives and actively welcome diversity in experience, ethnicity, age, gender, faith, thinking styles and personal approaches.

We are committed to creating an environment where staff feel safe, included and able to contribute. Everyone is encouraged to take an active role in supporting our purpose.

We also recognise the importance of investing in our people. Through ongoing training and development, we support staff to build their knowledge and confidence, so they can develop expertise in their roles and progress in their careers.
