Vacancies

At our West Berkshire-based charity, we employ around 500 staff, working full-time, part-time or as flexible workers to provide 24-hour support, 52 weeks a year, transforming the lives of autistic young people with complex needs.

Most staff are based in our education and care teams, working directly with our young people to ensure they have the support to make progress in all areas of their lives. We also have dedicated staff working behind the scenes in a range of roles to ensure the smooth running of our services.
