Seven festive volunteers 'wrapped up' our corporate volunteering for the year with some Christmassy tasks, rounding off an amazing 2024 which has seen a total of 30 groups come to site to support us in a number of different ways, including building, weeding, grounds work, symbol-making, and creating!

The group from Gamma channelled their inner Santas, wrapping up all the gifts for the autistic young people with complex needs we support so they can be given out at an autism-friendly Santa's Grotto on site next week. They all worked incredibly hard to get everything wrapped (and devised some creative ways of wrapping the more awkwardly shaped items), and in the end completed upwards of 70 presents! 

They also got creative decorating the Christmas tree in our Reception area, AND created some beautiful handmade decorations to be put up around site at Prior's Court so everyone can get into the festive spirit!

Lastly, they helped make some Christmas symbols for the young people to use at all of the events we have on-site next week, such as reindeer visits, carol concerts, and a theatre show. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
