Support us Corporate and community support Downe House School help prepare for Let Me Shine Festival Volunteers from Downe House School once again came to Prior's Court on Wednesday to lend a hand with weeding and event prep for our Let Me Shine Festival on Monday, 4 May. Downe House concluded their regular volunteering for this calendar year with a group of girls from AGS House, who came in the evening to lend a hand with some event prep, cutting, laminating, and sticking to create a Fundraising game in which you have to match the correct fundraising project to the correct location and win a prize. The girls who wanted to spend some time outside were then tasked with weeding and tidying up one of our small gardens on site. Not only does this ensure that there are no spiky or dangerous plants in the vicinity of the young people, on which they could hurt themselves, but it also helps to create a nice neat environment for the staff and guests who will be attending the Let Me Shine Festival on Monday. As always, the girls worked very hard, and did an amazing job, so thank you for coming! See what our other corporate partners have done to support our work Interested in getting involved?
